Permanent, 40 Hours : Flexible Shift Patterns, 5 Days out of 7 including weekends : £8.91 - £10.91 per hour
We have an exciting opportunity for a Loss Prevention Assistant to join the Store Operations team, within Fenwick Bracknell
About the role
As Loss Prevention Assistant, you will be an integral part of our security team to make it your mission to mitigate stock loss. We expect you to be dynamic and proactive in your approach and to be able to thrive off the daily challenges our business encounters. You will support our retail operations department who supports the store with administration and coordination in areas such as cash management, financial reporting, HR, and Health and Safety ensuring best practice is observed. You will report directly to the Loss Prevention Manager.

A proven track record in a Loss Prevention role in a similar business – essential.
Health and safety / manual working awareness – essential.
Sound knowledge of compliance and managing issues around this.
Excellent communication skills.
SIA Licence Holder – desirable.
