Main Duties
and Responsibilities

* Review and submit client VAT Returns
* Process client transactions using various bookkeeping software (predominantly Xero, but also Quickbooks, Freeagent)
* Run monthly/annual payroll for clients with maximum of 50 employees
* Develop successful relationships with clients for which you have client contact, ensuring high standards of service are maintained, and client satisfaction is optimised
* Prepare simple financial statements
* Provide training and advice to clients and staff on matters associated with bookkeeping, payroll, VAT Returns
* Work with other departments and accounts team members to ensure joined up service and “one team” approach
* Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks, including support with the telephone overflow system

Person Specification

* Ability to manage a portfolio of clients
* Three to Five years
* Preferably hold an AAT Level 3 Qualification or qualified by experience
* Experience on Quickbooks and Freeagent
* Confident in Xero
