Land & New Homes Manager - Finchley

The OpportunityA fantastic opportunity to join an Award Winning Independent Estate Agent with three interlinked offices covering North London. We are seeking an experienced Land & New Homes Manager to join a fantastic team based out of their Finchley office.

Role Responsibilities- Responsible for generating new business and enquiries for the land and new homes department- To carry out development site appraisals, plans, proposals etc. and win instructions and develop ongoing relationships. - To adequately market developments and new home sites, to sell and administer through to completion including setting up how this is achieved through the relevant branches- Conduct local market research in relation to land values and availability- Networking with Local Authorities to source new land opportunities.- Develop & maintain relationships with land owners- Research the local area and discuss market trends with local management/directors.- Carry out full appraisals on each new site & make valuations- Prospect for high quality leads, respond to customer enquiries and follow up on qualified opportunities- Create & present land appraisals to the MD to ensure they are both technically and commercially viable.- Negotiate head of terms and formally submit offers.- Assist in the technical appraisal and commercial feasibility assessment of multiple potential developments.

The Ideal Candidate- 2 Years experience as a minimum in Land & New Homes- Full/Clean drivers license - Working knowledge of the local area, in particular the property market/development plans - Excellent communication skills - Ambitious and tenacious - Progressive and positive attitude in all situations- Solutions and results focused- Flexible and adaptable approach- Dependable team player- Committed to personal development- Always presented immaculately- Determination to secure new business and hunger to do deals- Develop time management skills and prioritise workload.- Negotiation skills to achieve the best outcome for the business and the customer
