Job Purpose:To develop and support the trade strategy for two brands, implementing integrated marketing plans for on and offline campaigns and driving engagement and sales growth for the channel as a whole.
Main responsibilities:
Working alongside Trade Marketing Manager to develop integrated marketing plans to include trade and consumer focussed communications to drive engagement and sales growth for the trade distribution channel
Building strong relationships with agent partners to identify key marketing opportunities and generate quarterly activity plans; fulfilling editorial, commercial content and sign off for all online/offline marketing
Assisting with all trade press activity from conception to completion to ensure good mixture of brand awareness and commercial messaging
Constantly identify new opportunities to maximise awareness of both brands across all channels, understanding audience and tailoring content as relevant working alongside key stakeholders to achieve cut through campaign messages
Establish yourself as key point of contact for all requests including working closely with team of Sales Managers to support requests for collateral, POS and content as required
Assist in management of the trade brochure fulfilment relationship maximising all opportunities for distribution and promotion
Seek new opportunities to enhance offering including development of digital platforms, social media and trade-specific campaigns
Manage external communications including email and PR strategy to develop wider understanding of trade offering including distribution of key offers
Continually assess competitor activity and review own activity using feedback and metrics to hone and create plans
Assist in process of consumer shows including logistics, stand build and collateral for a calendar of events u2022 Be the brand guardian, managing both internal and external content to ensure brands and campaigns are well-represented u2022 To be a link of the marketing team working with the Brand Managers, Head of Sales, Sales Managers and wider business stakeholders to ensure smooth communication across the channels
Essential skills

Marketing or related degree, with at least 1 year marketing experience
Travel industry knowledge or a passion for travel preferable
Experience in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns
Experience in building strong relationships with external suppliers and partners
B2B marketing
Ability to respond to decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs
Must be able to oversee multiple campaigns - highly organised, focused and process driven
Strong copywriting and proofing abilities
High attention to detail and the ability to produce work of a consistent high quality
Commercially focussed
Good communication/relationship skillsu00A0
