Branch Manager - DIY / Trade / Wholesale

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Store / Branch Manager to join one of our flagship sites here in Leeds. The branch is one of the busier in the area with a solid customer base of both trade and walk in traffic, regularly exceeding target. This vacancy is an ideal opportunity for someone with good people skills, account management experience who is able to work under pressure. As a busy store the role of manager can be fairly demanding, you will need to be a mix of strategic and hands on, you'll need to be as comfortable managing the Branch admin as you are working on the counter serving customers.

The site in Leeds is a trio of operations, we have the large warehouse which is used to store and distribute to the other CTD branches, as well as the trade counter and Tile showroom. With this in mind you will need to be able to demonstrate your background in managing a busy outlet - this could be from a variety of industries. Whilst a background in trade counter operations would be advantageous, it's most definitely not essential as we can provide all the product training, but we do need you to bring real drive, ambition and above all else a work ethic to match a very demanding role.
