Due to continued demand Brook Street Inverness are still working with our client, a brand-new business based in the Dingwall who are recruiting for Appeal Handlers.
The successful candidates will work in a team environment with the latest technology assisting candidates with their appeal queries. This is a fast paced, team environment where your managers will work alongside you to achieve fantastic results.
What will you be doing:
Assisting clients with their appeal queries by phone
Responding to emails using guides provided
Updating client records
What are we looking for:

You dont need to have similar experience as our client understands allot of skills are transferable from different work environments.
