Manpower is currently recruiting for 111 Call Handlers to work within an established trust in Milton Keynes on a permanent basis. 111 Call Handlers will be required to work various shift patterns across days, nights, and weekends on a 12,16, 18 or 24, 35 or 37.5 hours per week.
You will be joining a fast-paced team in a public-focused contact centre environment, answering and processing Healthcare calls direct from the public, supported by on-hand nurses to assess callers' Healthcare needs and ensure they receive the right service or advice as quickly as possible. Work closely with Healthcare professionals to assist with other required duties to provide the best possible standard of care to all patients.
To join the 111 team, you will have demonstrable customer service skills, excellent communication skills and ideally have experience within a call centre setting. 111 Call Handlers should have an excellent telephone manner, as well as fast and accurate typing skills along with a good standard of education.
Candidates MUST be able to attend training from 9.00am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday. All successful candidates must be able to commit to a full- time 6 weeks training program and follow a rota after completion which will include days, nights, and weekends.
All successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and must be able to provide Manpower with additional ID which will include x2 photographic and x1 proof of address OR x1 photographic and x2 proof of address.
