Customer Account Manager

Uckfield (Driver essential due to location)

Salary: up to £25,000 per Annum

Hours: Office hours Monday - Friday

24 days holiday and free parking + further benefits after 12 months inc Private Healthcare

Are you looking for a role with responsibility and a fast pace? Can you build relationships, see a process through from start to finish and overcome issues? Looking for a challenging and a busy customer reactive role?

This exciting role will give you the opportunity to:

Work with colleagues and clients at all levels and build relationships with your own set of customers whilst managing the entire order process from start to finish.

Working with some excellent well known retail brands, you will take ownership of large orders and work with your own set of clients, based within the UK/US.

With this 360 approach you will prioritise your workload, conduct video calls with clients and work to deadlines but importantly see the result at the end of every job to ensure the delivery of an order from start to finish linking in with the production team internally.

You will need to have the experience of working with clients (excellent customer service skills/account management) and managing issues, overcoming problems, looking at stock levels and booking jobs in and ensuring delivery (logistics and transportation) within pre agreed timescales.

This is an opportunity to join a dedicated longstanding team who will offer full training to the right candidate. You must have a strong work ethic and have first class Customer Service skills. A knowledge of fulfilment/logistics would be advantageous but not essential
