  • Track Progress: Monitor student participation, personal development, and attitudes toward physical well-being, adjusting curriculum's to suit individual learning plans (ILPs).

  • Cross-Curricular Support: Assist colleagues with broader outdoor education, team-building activities, or functional skills delivery when required.

Candidate Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Career Teacher (ECT), or a robust sports coaching background (e.g., PGCE, degree in Sports Science, or equivalent youth work/instructor qualifications).

  • Experience: Prior experience working within an Alternative Provision, PRU (Pupil Referral Unit), SEND school, or challenging secondary school environment is highly advantageous.

  • Personal Attributes: High energy, immense emotional resilience, a patient demeanour, and a natural ability to connect with disengaged youths.

  • Immediate Work: Step straight into a rewarding role with an immediate start date.

  • Supportive Environment: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of specialists, support workers, and compassionate leaders dedicated to student welfare.
