Financial Planning Associate - London | Hybrid Working - Salary up to £k + bonus in London - Financial Divisions

I'm currently working with a highly regarded financial planning firm seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to join its growing team.

This role sits at the heart of the client review process, supporting advisers through annual reviews, cashflow modelling, investment reporting and ongoing client servicing activities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring clients receive a high-quality review experience while helping advisers deliver informed and effective financial planning recommendations.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and coordinating the client annual review process
• Preparing detailed review packs and investment performance reports
• Producing cashflow modelling reports using Voyant
• Supporting advisers with technical and client-related information requests
• Maintaining accurate client records and data within the CRM system
• Managing client communications and review scheduling
• Keeping client portals and internal systems up to date
• Collaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver exceptional client outcomes

About You

To be considered, you must have:

Previous experience working within an IFA, Financial Planning or Wealth Management business

Exposure to annual review processes and client servicing activities

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

Experience using financial planning systems and CRM platforms

A positive, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities

An interest in progressing your knowledge and career within financial planning

Experience with Voyant cashflow modelling, investment reporting or financial planning support would be highly advantageous.
