Location: Crawley

Basic Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission + Quarterly Bonus

OTE: £55,000 – £60,000+

Hours: Monday–Thursday 9.00am–6.00pm, Friday finish at 5.00pm

Saturdays: 2 in 4, with a day off in lieu

Office-based or hybrid working available for experienced Advisers – 3 days office / 2 days home

Are you a fully CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Adviser, ideally with CAS status, looking for a position where the leads, administration support and infrastructure are already in place for you to concentrate on advising clients and writing business?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established, successful and growing mortgage brokerage in Crawley.

Due to a recent change within the team, the business already has an established structure and strong supply of leads ready for the successful Adviser to take over, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to hit the ground running.

Leads are generated through a combination of professional introducers, the company website, social media, an extensive existing client bank, recommendations and repeat business, so you won't be expected to build a client base entirely from scratch.

Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will provide professional mortgage advice to new and existing clients, building strong relationships and delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the mortgage process.

A significant proportion of client appointments are still conducted face-to-face, so you will need to be comfortable meeting clients within the Crawley office as well as conducting telephone/remote appointments.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to be:

• Fully CeMAP qualified – essential
• CAS status is highly desirable
• An experienced Mortgage Adviser/Broker with a proven track record within mortgage sales
• Experienced in providing mortgage advice within a regulated environment
• Confident managing clients from initial enquiry through to completion
• Comfortable conducting both face-to-face and remote client appointments
• Commercially driven and motivated by achieving strong results
• An excellent relationship builder with a genuine commitment to customer service
• Organised and confident managing a busy pipeline
• Comfortable working independently while also being part of a collaborative team
