Are you a Construction Project Manager looking for genuine progression into a senior leadership position, backed by a new training development programme? Are you commercially minded, confident controlling budgets and programmes across high-end builds?

This is a permanent role with a growing construction business working on a variety of commercial, industrial and renewables projects, with exciting expansion plans. You'll be trusted to run your own work, supported properly, and given a clear route to step up as the team grows.

The company is expanding fast, has secured major upcoming project values, and is pushing into new sectors and markets. They've set up a development programme to offer bespoke training to ensure high-quality performance in the role.

You'll oversee 2-3 projects at a time, managing the full lifecycle from start to finish, acting as the main point of contact on site and keeping control of cost and programme throughout.

This role suits a Construction Project Manager who wants a clear route into senior responsibility and leadership as the business grows.

The Role:

• Managing multiple commercial/industrial construction projects from start to finish (typically 2-3 at a time)
• Overseeing project lifecycle from start to finish
• Maintain safe, organised sites and enforce strong H&S standards

The Person:

• Experience delivering projects across the Commercial, industrial or Renewables sector
• Commercially minded with strong cost control and programme control experience
• Full UK driving licence
