Secretary Chichester | Up to £34,000 | Office-Based (5 Days per Week)
Be the driving force behind a busy and professional office. We're working with a highly respected Professional Services organisation to recruit an experienced Secretary / Office Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of their Chichester office.
This is a varied, hands-on position combining administration, secretarial support, office coordination and team supervision responsibilities. You'll act as a key point of contact within the office, helping to ensure exceptional support is provided to both colleagues and clients while maintaining efficient administrative processes.

The Role You'll be responsible for:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the administration function.
- Supervising and supporting one direct report.
- Allocating and prioritising workloads to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Acting as the first point of contact for office and administrative matters.
- Coordinating meetings and supporting operational activities.
- Building strong working relationships with colleagues across multiple locations.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
- Supporting office operations, facilities administration and general business support activities.
About You We're keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
- Strong administration, secretarial or office management experience.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders and coordinating office activities.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Previous experience supervising, mentoring or supporting others would be advantageous.
- Experience improving administrative processes or efficiencies would be beneficial.
