We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a highly respected and growing financial services firm , who are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their professional and supportive team. As a Paraplanner, you will provide comprehensive technical and administrative support to Financial Advisers, helping to deliver a high-quality, compliant, and client-focused financial planning service. You will play a key role in preparing detailed suitability reports, conducting research, and ensuring that all advice provided meets regulatory requirements and internal standards.


Key Responsibilities:

· Preparing high-quality suitability reports and recommendation letters

· Conducting detailed product, fund, platform, and provider research

· Producing cashflow models and financial planning illustrations

· Supporting advisers with complex case analysis and technical queries

· Preparing client review packs and annual review documentation

· Processing new business applications and ensuring accurate submission

· Liaising with product providers, platforms, and clients where required

· Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures

· Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM / back-office systems

· Assisting with audit preparation and file checks


The Ideal Candidate:

· Previous experience in a Paraplanner role within financial services

· Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning

· Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards) preferred

· Excellent written communication and report-writing skills

· High level of attention to detail and strong analytical ability

· Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workloads effectively

· Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach

· ·Proactive, reliable, and highly motivated
