New Homes Sales Support - Essex in Billericay - deverellsmith

We're looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join a well-established and respected property business in Billericay, Essex.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a month's work initially, with potential for the role to be extended. There may also be opportunities for permanent positions on upcoming developments with the business.

• Start: 24th September

• Duration: 1 month initially, with potential to extend

• Hours: 10am-5pm, 5 days per week

• Days off: Tuesday & Wednesday

• Location: Billericay, Essex

• Pay: £14 - £16 per hour + holiday pay

• Experience: Previous New Homes Sales experience is essential

• Role: Selling homes, managing enquiries, following up leads and providing excellent customer service

• Working: Primarily lone working, with support from the wider team and estate agent

This is an excellent chance to get your foot in the door with a successful property business, secure some immediate New Homes work and potentially move into a longer-term or permanent role as further developments come forward.
