ASAP Start | £85-£105 per day | Full-Time | Long-Term

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Reading is looking for a passionate ASD TA to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ASD TA who wants to make a genuine difference to children with autism, supporting their learning, confidence and independence.

As an ASD TA, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support.
• Help pupils access learning and classroom activities.
• Support behaviour, communication and development.
• Encourage independence and positive social interaction.
• Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and support staff.
• Help maintain a calm and inclusive learning environment.

The ideal ASD TA will have:

• A caring, patient and supportive approach.
• Strong communication skills.
• A genuine passion for SEN.
• The ability to adapt to individual pupils' needs.
• Previous school or autism experience is beneficial but not essential.
