Description

• Plan, execute, and manage internal audits across various business functions.
• Identify and assess potential risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide recommendations to improve processes and controls to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address findings and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present clear, concise audit reports to senior management.
• Monitor the implementation of agreed audit recommendations.
• Support the development of the internal audit framework and methodology.
• Stay up to date with changes in regulations and best practices within the FMCG industry.

Profile

A successful Internal Audit Manager should have:

• Professional qualifications in accounting or auditing, such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit processes and risk management principles.
• Proven experience in the FMCG industry or a similar environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary CIRCA £75,000, dependent on the level of experience.
