Programme Officer (Full time) in London - Signature Recruitment

Signature Recruitment is looking for an experienced Programme Officer to join a well-established higher education organisation in London for a five-week temporary assignment.

This is a full-time role offering £19.02 an hour plus holiday pay and an immediate start. You’ll work 35 hours, Monday to Friday, with a genuinely flexible hybrid setup of two days on campus and three days working from home each week. It’s a great balance of team connection and home-working flexibility.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who already understands higher education administration and wants to put that experience to good use. You’ll be joining at one of the busiest points in the academic calendar, when assessments, resits and preparations for the new academic year all come together. Programme Officer - Key Responsibilities:

• Set up assessment submissions and resit activity
• Manage mitigating circumstances forms and related processes
• Respond to student queries in a helpful and professional way
• Check data across timetables, teaching activity and academic records
• Prepare Moodle and other academic systems for the new academic year
• Support the wider team through a busy assessment period

Programme Officer - Key Skills:

• Bring previous higher education administration experience
• Use Moodle confidently within an academic environment
• Work accurately with marksheets, mark entry and student data
• Provide great customer service and pick up new processes quickly
