Our client a leading global law firm are looking for an Employment Associate to join their top-tier London team.

What you'll do:

• Lead on complex employment tribunal litigation, with advocacy opportunities.
• Advise HR leaders, GCs, and boards on strategic employee relations.
• Draft and negotiate high-value contracts, policies and exits.
• Represent high net-worth individuals and handle team moves.
• Coordinate cross-border projects for global clients.
• Handle High Court disputes on restrictive covenants and business protection.
• Provide sole employment support on major corporate transactions.

What we’re looking for:

• UK-qualified solicitor, 3 to 5 + years PQE with strong experience in contentious and non-contentious employment work gained in another leading City firm.
• Excellent technical skills with a commercial mindset.
• Confident communicator and trusted client advisor.
• Ambitious, collaborative, and keen to drive business development.
