Corporate/Commercial Solicitor - PQE in London - The Law Support Group

We are working with a leading London based firm and due to ongoing success, there is a need to hire a corporate/commercial solicitor on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will possess solid experience and knowledge of a broad range of company law and corporate matters and ideally be experienced in advising clients in any of the following areas:

• Start-ups
• Joint Ventures
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Private equity buy outs
• Capital markets work
• Banking
• Marketing & business development/networking
