Opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a prestigious, Legal 500 ranked law firm in London.
The Firm
Our client is a highly regarded, full-service law firm with a particularly strong reputation across Real Estate and Private Wealth. The firm acts for an impressive client base of UHNW individuals, family offices, property owners, private investors and developers in the UK and internationally.
Despite its high-quality work and numerous Legal 500 and Chambers rankings, the firm retains a boutique feel, with a Partner-led approach and a genuinely collegiate culture. The firm is also known for offering a more favourable approach to work-life balance than many City practices.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a highly regarded Property Department, working with an established client base including major London estates, property companies, private investors, developers, family offices, financial institutions and occupiers.
The role will involve a broad range of commercial real estate matters, with particular exposure to commercial landlord and tenant work, managed offices and asset management. The new hire will also support Partners on investment acquisitions and disposals, property finance transactions and larger development projects.
There will be the opportunity to work closely with several of the department's key clients and contribute to an expanding portfolio management practice, including recently won instructions involving a substantial multi-property portfolio. Alongside larger transactions, the role offers a high degree of autonomy to run smaller matters independently.
