HR Advisor in Broughton - Morson Edge

Location: Broughton, Flintshire (4 days per week on site)
Rate: £21.00 per hour PAYE
Contract: 6 Months

We have one 35-hour contract and one 28-hour contract available.

Morson are recruiting on behalf of a leading global aerospace and defence client for an experienced HR Advisor to join their HR team on an initial six-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented HR professional to support HR Business Partners in delivering a high-quality HR service. You'll play a key role in ensuring HR policies are applied consistently, managing employee lifecycle processes, maintaining accurate HR data, and supporting a range of operational HR activities.

• Support HR Business Partners with annual HR processes including salary reviews, performance reviews and bonus administration.
• Manage employee lifecycle transactions within Workday and SAP, from onboarding through to offboarding.
• Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
• Produce regular HR reports and metrics, including headcount and absence reporting.
• Coordinate HR review meetings and ensure managers provide timely and accurate information.
• Support employee relations processes, including disciplinary, grievance and performance management meetings.
• Arrange and assist with medical capability meetings where required.
• Support recruitment activities and process formal job offers.

• Previous experience working in an HR Advisor or HR Administration role.
• Experience using Workday and/or SAP is desirable.
• Confident using Google Workspace applications for reporting and data management.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative HR team.
