We're recruiting for an award-winning creative consumer product business who are looking for a Creative Artworker to turn our designers' ideas into flawless, print-ready artwork for retailers around the world. One day you're building dielines for a new product range, the next you're double-checking colour separations and bleed before files go to print.

We a looking for someone with excellent design, packaging, typography and artworking skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of Adobe Suite. What you'll be doing:

  • Creating and amending print-ready artwork for packaging and printed products, checking colour, dielines and bleed against production and supplier specifications.
  • Liaising with designers, product developers, licensors, printers and suppliers to make sure artwork is delivered accurately and on time
  • Managing multiple projects at once, prioritising your workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced studio
  • Spotting and correcting artwork errors, keeping everything accurate, consistent and on-brand
  • Troubleshooting technical artwork challenges and recommending workflow improvements as you spot them

What you'll bring:

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design or a related creative discipline, plus 3+ years of commercial experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, with excellent technical artwork skills
  • A sharp eye for detail, with the ability to spot and correct artwork errors, ensuring accuracy, consistency and brand compliance
  • Excellent organisation, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise workload and consistently meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to work collaboratively with designers, product developers, printers and suppliers
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach, and a positive, flexible, reliable attitude with a real passion for high-quality packaging and printed products
