Enterprise / Solutions Architect – Oracle Fusion

Hybrid working on offer.

We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise / Solutions Architect to lead architecture across major business transformation and ERP programmes.

Essential Skills: Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and wider Finance and HR business systems within large, complex enterprise environments.

Key Skills & Experience

• Enterprise / Solutions Architecture within a large enterprise
• Strong ERP implementation and business transformation experience
• Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud ERP expertise
• Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, HR and Tax processes
• Acting as a thought leader and subject matter expert (SME) in how Oracle Fusion can optimise, streamline and accelerate core business processes.
• Business requirements, process design and fit/gap analysis
• Target, transition and solution architecture
• Strong senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• TOGAF or equivalent architecture framework
• Oracle ERP certification desirable

We’re particularly interested in candidates who can bridge the gap between business strategy, functional processes and technology architecture, rather than candidates focused solely on technical migration.
