Service Desk Analyst - month FTC in London - Be-IT Resourcing

My London based client are currently hiring for an experienced Service Delivery Analyst to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery professional to join an established team, supporting and contributing to their continued success.

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Supporting as a Major Incident point of escalation ensuring all issues are resolved in line with process and SLAs
• Supporting senior management on the change advisory board to ensure service delivery alignment with the business
• Lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB), with support from the Service Delivery & Support Manager when required.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of ITIL processes
• Manage continuous improvement of service delivery processes and identify opportunities for improvement in delivery and processes
• Work with group stakeholders to drive efficiency within the Service Delivery function
• Support service reviews with internal stakeholders to ensure performance and improvement opportunities
• Contribute to businesses transformation projects in line with wider management team
• Act as contact in senior management absence

Relevant experience for this role include:

• Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to influence business wide users
• Experience of working with non technical stakeholders to support on complex challenges
• Strong customer facing experience and ability to evidence a user focused mindset
• Strong experience in ITIL including lifecycle, compliance and governance
• Proven ability to work to within an ITIL framework using incidence management, change and request guidelines

This role is London based and hybrid for a fixed 12 month period.
