HVAC Engineer in London - Fusion People Ltd

Location: Mobile role split between ICR Sutton (3 days/week) and ICR Chelsea (2 days/week)
Pay Rate: £20.64 PAYE
Contract: Temp to Perm for the right candidate
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (1 hour lunch). Role includes participation in an on-call rota.

Responsible for delivering PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) as the primary focus, alongside some M&E works. Duties include general PPMs and repairs to air conditioning, refrigeration, and AHUs, plus mechanical maintenance to site assets.

Essential:

• F-Gas Category 1 (2079) certification
• NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or City & Guilds equivalent)
• Completed apprenticeship in Air Conditioning maintenance
• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience
• Proven technical experience in a similar HVAC/AC role
• Experience using a CAFM system
• Strong Facilities Management background and track record
• Team-working experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
• Clean driving licence

Desirable:

• PASMA & IPAF certification
• IET 18th Edition
