Temporary Receptionist in London - Love Success Recruitment

We are currently recruiting for a friendly, professional and reliable Receptionist to join a well-established organisation based in the West End of London on a temporary basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

As Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience while providing essential administrative support to the wider team.

• Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Managing a busy reception desk and answering incoming calls
• Handling emails and directing enquiries appropriately
• Coordinating meeting rooms and preparing them for visitors
• Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
• Ordering office supplies and maintaining reception areas
• Providing general administrative support to the office
• Assisting with diary management and ad hoc administrative tasks
• Ensuring the reception area is always tidy, organised and presentable

• Previous reception, front-of-house or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A warm, professional and welcoming manner
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word
• Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Available to start immediately

• £15.00 per hour plus holiday pay
• Immediate start
• Temporary assignment
