Part-Qualified Accountant | Grantham | £35,000–£40,000 + Study Support

Macildowie is recruiting a Part-Qualified Accountant on behalf of a well-established, fast-growing manufacturing business based in Grantham.

This is a rare opportunity to join a young, high-growth entity within a much larger group — one that's scaling quickly and will need to build out its own finance function over the next few years. Get in early and there's a genuine, realistic path from Part-Qualified Accountant through to Management Accountant and beyond.

The role:

• Recording day-to-day financial transactions
• Managing weekly stock-takes across multiple sites
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Accounts payable and supplier management
• Inventory control and audit support
• Working closely with the Financial Controller in a hands-on, varied role

What you'll need:

• AAT qualified as a minimum, studying toward CIMA or ACCA
• Experience with stock/inventory processes is highly desirable
• A proactive, confident approach — comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
• Able to commit to 5 days a week on-site
