We are working with a highly respected organisation in Central London on an interim assignment for an experienced Reward and Benefits Manager who can quickly understand an established reward proposition, benchmark it against the market and turn insight into practical, commercially sound recommendations.
This is a high-impact role with company-wide scope, covering reward, benefits, total reward, salary structures and bonus design. It's an opportunity to step into an organisation where your expertise will genuinely influence the future reward strategy.
The role
You'll take a broad view of the existing reward and benefits proposition, identifying where there are opportunities to improve:
You'll work closely with senior HR, Finance and business stakeholders, providing clear, evidence-based recommendations and supporting the organisation through implementation.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for a number of key priorities, including:
About you
We're looking for an experienced Reward professional who can hit the ground running and has operated across a broad reward remit rather than specialising in one area.
You'll ideally bring:
Most importantly, you'll be someone who can join an organisation, quickly understand what is already in place, see the bigger picture and identify what needs to change, balancing colleague value, market competitiveness, affordability and simplicity.
Why this opportunity?
This is not simply a BAU Benefits and Reward role.
You'll have the opportunity to review, challenge and shape an established reward proposition, working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing a number of important reward priorities across the organisation.
If you're an experienced Reward professional who enjoys getting under the skin of a business, finding opportunities and turning analysis into action, this could be an excellent interim assignment.
