  • Develop and execute global demand generation strategies that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth
  • Lead integrated acquisition campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, email and digital channels
  • Own digital marketing performance, budget optimisation and ROI across multiple international markets
  • Drive website optimisation and conversion rate improvement through testing, analytics and personalisation
  • Build scalable marketing automation and lead nurture programmes aligned to the B2B buyer journey
  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership to optimise lead management, scoring and pipeline performance
  • Oversee reporting, attribution and performance dashboards to inform strategic decision-making
  • Shape global SEO and organic growth strategies alongside content and digital teams
  • Lead, mentor and develop high-performing international marketing teams while establishing consistent ways of working across regions

Profile

You'll be an experienced B2B growth marketing leader with a proven track record of building demand generation engines that directly impact commercial performance.


Essential experience

  • 10+ years' experience in demand generation, digital marketing or growth marketing
  • Experience leading international B2B marketing teams (Essential)
  • Strong expertise across paid media, marketing automation, CRM, SEO, CRO and performance marketing
  • A data-driven approach with experience managing marketing-attributed pipeline, revenue and ROI
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience working closely with sales leadership
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across global markets
  • Experience leading distributed teams and driving performance across multiple regions

£65k - £70k
