CRM Manager (Hubspot) in London - Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment

London | Hybrid (x3 days a week in the office) | Up to £55,000

A leading data and insights business is looking for an experienced CRM Manager to own and develop its HubSpot platform across Marketing, Sales and Operations.

You'll be the internal HubSpot expert, responsible for:

• CRM strategy, optimisation and governance
• Building workflows, automation and reporting
• Revenue attribution and campaign reporting
• Improving data quality and processes
• Driving HubSpot adoption across the business
• Working with senior stakeholders to shape the CRM roadmap

About you:

• 4+ years' hands-on HubSpot experience
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot backend, workflows and automation
• Experience with CRM reporting, attribution and data quality
• Strong B2B commercial and stakeholder management skills
• HubSpot certifications/API experience a bonus
