Marketing Manager - MAT Cover in London - deverellsmith

An exciting opportunity to join a growing, high-profile developer as Marketing Manager, working across a portfolio of premium developments and taking real ownership of marketing activity from start to finish.

This is a hands-on, varied role within a lean and collaborative marketing team, giving you the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and have genuine visibility across the business.

You'll be responsible for managing marketing projects across a number of developments, with a broad remit covering:

• End-to-end project marketing and campaign management

• PR and corporate communications

• Managing photoshoots and content

• Event planning and delivery

• Developing relevant stories and PR opportunities

• Working with external agencies and stakeholders

• Supporting pitches and new project activity

• Visiting developments and attending meetings and events

We're looking for a Marketing Manager with relevant property experience who understands the London market and can hit the ground running.

You'll be organised, commercially minded and confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, lean team. Strong PR, communications and project management experience will be highly valued.

Salary: £50,000-£60,000 + benefits
