We have an exciting opportunity to join Marjorie House, our beautiful Emotional Wellbeing Assessment Home in Coalville. Supporting children and young people aged 8-18, the home provides short-term placements for up to three young people at a time, offering a safe and nurturing environment where they can explore new experiences, build friendships, and develop confidence, independence, and emotional resilience.

*Hold aLevel 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare , or be willing to achieve this within the required timeframe.
About the Service:
Barnardo's, the UK's largest children's charity, is proud to be working in partnership with Leicestershire County Council to deliver a range of innovative children's homes for the most vulnerable young people in the region.
While Marjorie House will be your primary base, occasional travel across Leicestershire may be required to support other homes.

Whilst the full pay band and salary range is advertised, our approach to starting salaries is to appoint between the minimum to mid-point of the pay band - this ensures that pay steps are available to reward our colleagues annually based on their contribution to excellence and alignment to our values and behaviours.
