We're looking for someone with a bit of recruitment, sales or lettings experience to join our brilliant Perms team. You'll start out working closely with the Division Manager, supporting her resourcing across a range of roles, before progressing to managing your own key accounts. From there, the path is yours to shape - if you want to start bringing in your own business, there's a clear route into the sales side; if you'd rather focus on delivery, there's plenty of that to get stuck into too.

What you'll be doing (to start):

• Posting job ads and searching job boards for candidates
• Running first stage interviews
• Coordinating interviews with clients
• Formatting CVs to a professional standard
• Inputting and maintaining data on the CRM
• Supporting the Perms Manager with ad hoc duties as needed

Salary: £26,000-£30,000 basic (DOE), plus commission and team bonus when targets are hit
