* Creating frameworks for incrementality, experimentation, and test-and-learn best practice

* Partnering closely with Product, Customer Analytics, LTV, and MarTech to drive full-funnel growth

* Embedding AI-driven optimisation and workflow improvements

Your Skills and Experience

You will bring:

* A strong background in tech or consumer tech businesses

* Ability to think strategically and connect performance activity to unit economics and long-term commercial goals

* Confidence managing large budgets and blended in-house/agency delivery models

* Strong numerical capability, ideally with a STEM background

* Experience building measurement frameworks and performance operating models

* A mindset that looks beyond channels to the full customer journey and ecosystem

What They Offer

* Base salary between £150,000 and £200,000

* A high six-figure equity package

* Opportunity to build a world-class performance marketing function at scale

* Senior visibility, strategic ownership, and influence across the organisation
