Senior Customer Analyst in London - Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment

Up to £50,000 | London | Hybrid (2 days per week in office)

We're looking for a Senior Analyst to join a customer-focused analytics team, using data and advanced analytical techniques to influence decision-making across the business.

You'll be responsible for:

• Analysing large and complex datasets to generate actionable customer insights
• Building data marts and analytical models
• Using statistical and machine learning techniques, including regression and clustering
• Presenting findings clearly to senior stakeholders and influencing data-driven decisions
• Working collaboratively across teams to identify opportunities for optimisation

About you:

• 3+ years' experience in statistical analysis and data visualisation
• Strong SQL and experience with Python and/or R
• Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning techniques
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A curious, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Location: Central London
Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office
Salary: Up to £50,000
