Role: Digital Assistant

Location: London

Duration: Initial contract until end of September (potential extension to 6 months)

Rate: £140-160 a day

IR35 Status: Inside

Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in office)

We're partnering with a leading global consumer brand to find an organised and proactive Digital Assistant to join their Online team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around a year's experience, or a strong graduate looking to build a long-term career in eCommerce, digital or online trading within a global beauty/retail business.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the Online team with day-to-day administration and coordination

Managing spreadsheets, trackers and product information

Coordinating website assets with product and marketing teams

Assisting with website updates and online trading activity

Creating and maintaining product packs for launches and merchandising activities

Supporting project coordination and wider team administration

Taking ownership of ad hoc tasks and driving things forward independently

What we're looking for:

Around 1 year's experience in eCommerce, digital, marketing, merchandising, retail or administration

Strong Excel and spreadsheet management skills

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

Comfortable working in a coordination and administration-focused environment

Positive, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn

Genuine interest in developing a career within eCommerce and digital
