VisionFR is delighted to be acting on behalf of a vibrant independent creative agency with offices based in UK, USA and Europe. They offer a great working environment and are now looking for a temporary Finance Assistant to join the Finance Team.This Finance Assistant plays a key role in the day to day running of the Accounts Payable function. The right candidate will be experienced in a similar role using paprika.

Key Responsibilities of the temporary Finance Assistant:

• Post supplier invoices
• Manage the Accounts Payable mailbox
• Post payments and update bank reconciliations daily
• Process employee expenses, checking receipts and VAT treatment
• Reconcile supplier statements and support payment run preparation
• Review aged creditors and follow up on outstanding items
• Support the Finance team with ad-hoc administrative and reporting tasks and annual audit

Skills and Requirements of the temporary Finance Assistant

• Paprika experience is essential
• Proficient in Excel
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Positive, proactive attitude
• Experience in a fast-paced, environment
• A flair for communication
• Available to commit for 6 months
• Immediately available to start (no notice period or VISA)
