Dawn Ellmore Employment have partnered with a Top London Law Firm who are seeking an IP Team Secretary to join their growing team. This is an exceptional opportunity which will see the successful individual thrive within a well-established and friendly Law Firm.

For this role, you must hone experience as a Legal Secretary ideally within an Intellectual Property or Trademark Team. Having excellent attention to detail along with a methodical approach is key as well as being able to conduct yourself in an organised and professional manner.

Duties to include:

• Providing diary management to Fee Earners within the IP Team.
• Secretarial support.
• Dealing with client onboarding processes as well as liaising with Marketing, Events, and Business Development Teams.
• Providing support regarding billing.
