Recruitment Consultant in London - Newtons Recruitment

Location: Sutton or Kings Cross (50% WFH)

Basic salary: Negotiable dependent on experience

Commission: Monthly no-threshold + quarterly bonus

Overview:

We're a boutique consultancy specialising in the Professional Education, Training, Accountancy and Membership sectors.

This is a 360 role, from business development and client engagement to sourcing high-quality candidates and managing successful placements.

A typical week:

• Develop new & existing client relationships
• Source & place high-quality talent
• Build long-term relationships with clients & candidates
• Deliver an outstanding recruitment experience

You’ll need:

• A minimum of 2 years’ agency recruitment experience
• Strong sourcing, Boolean search, BD skills
• Confident & professional communication skills
• Experience recruiting for corporate/professional services roles
