Project Finance Origination | European Bank | London

We're working with a leading European bank to find an Origination professional to join their Project Finance / Infrastructure Finance team in London.

This is a genuine opportunity to work at the heart of some of Europe's most significant infrastructure and energy transition financings - from early-stage opportunity identification through to mandate award, working alongside senior bankers on live, market-moving transactions.

The role:

1. Identify, screen, and progress new project finance opportunities across infrastructure, energy, and renewables
2. Build client-facing pitch materials and support financial modelling for early-stage deal appraisal
3. Work closely with credit, structuring, legal, and ESG teams to move deals from origination into execution
4. Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, developers, and financial advisors across the European market

What we're looking for:

1. Project finance, infrastructure finance, or leveraged finance experience within a bank or advisory environment
2. Strong financial modelling and credit analysis skills
3. A commercial mindset and genuine interest in infrastructure and energy transition financing
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate client-facing from day one
