A well-established and growing Independent Financial Advice firm in North West London is looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking to build a long-term career within financial planning, working alongside experienced advisers and paraplanners in a collaborative environment.

The Role

You will provide essential administrative support to the advisory team, ensuring clients receive an efficient and professional service throughout the financial planning process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing new business applications across pensions, investments and protection
  • Managing client documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with clients, providers and third parties
  • Preparing review packs and supporting annual review meetings
  • Monitoring business pipelines and following up outstanding requirements
  • Assisting advisers and paraplanners with day-to-day administration
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or Financial Planning Administrator
