Senior Bid Executive in London - Norfolk Capsey

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Bids Executive to join the Business Development & Marketing team of a growing Top 100 UK law firm.

This role would suit an experienced bids professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines and producing high-quality, compelling bids and pitches.

The Role

You will manage a portfolio of bids from opportunity identification through to submission and presentation, working closely with partners and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end bid processes and deadlines.
• Developing bid strategies and compelling propositions with partners.
• Drafting, editing and proofreading high-quality content.
• Coordinating bid teams, kick-off meetings and presentations.
• Preparing CVs, team sheets and presentation materials.
• Maintaining bid databases, content libraries and CRM systems.
• Conducting win/loss reviews and identifying areas for improvement.
• Supporting bid governance and wider BD & Marketing projects.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven bids experience, ideally within professional services.
• Strong writing, editing and content-synthesis skills.
• Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
• Commercial awareness and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• The ability to influence and coach at partner level.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• A willingness to learn about different sectors and services.
