Quantity Surveyor in London - Cedar

Quantity Surveyor | Hybrid | Permanent | Competitive Salary DOE

Cedar Recruitment are currently supporting a Engineering organisation with the recruitment of an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on a permanent basis in London.

This role will support the delivery of high profile M&E projects from a commercial perspective, working closely with Project Managers, suppliers and sub-contractors.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing project budgets and forecasts, valuations, CVRs, cash flow and commercial reporting, as well as identifying and agreeing variations, compensation events and claims.

The ideal candidate will have strong construction contract knowledge, particularly NEC, with experience in valuations and cost analysis. A RICS degree or equivalent is highly desirable for this role.
