Senior Sales Administrator – Luxury Interiors

Salary: £40,000 + Benefits

A prestigious luxury interiors brand is seeking a polished, personable, and highly organised Account Manager to join its close-knit and collaborative team in Northwest London.

Renowned internationally for its bespoke bathroom designs and exceptional craftsmanship, the company works with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, luxury hotels, and leading global distributors.

This is a varied, administration-focused role where you will:

• Provide product guidance and support to clients
• Prepare quotations and process orders
• Confirm purchases and manage customer communications
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
• Support the wider team with administration, coordination, and day-to-day operations

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in administrative roles and be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about a highly bespoke product range. The business is looking for someone who enjoys working in a small-company environment, is happy to support wherever needed, and has a genuine interest in luxury design and interiors.
