HR Advisor (Part-Time, 20 Hours per Week)

London based charity with occasional travel to Birmingham (expenses paid)

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity with a purpose-driven organisation?We're supporting a well-established national not-for-profit organisation to recruit an HR Advisor on a 20-hour per week fixed-term contract until December. This is a fantastic opportunity for a generalist HR professional who enjoys partnering with managers, providing expert employee relations advice, and supporting organisational change.

The Role

Working as part of a collaborative HR team, you'll provide advice and guidance across a broad range of HR matters, including:

• Managing employee relations cases including absence, performance and capability issues
• Supporting managers with workforce planning, recruitment and talent management
• Advising on organisational design and team structures
• Producing HR reports and insights to support decision-making
• Coaching and guiding managers on HR policies and best practice
• Supporting wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About YouWe're keen to hear from HR professionals who have:

• Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role
• Strong employee relations knowledge and case management experience
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD (desirable)
