Marketing and Business Development Manager in London - Ambition Europe Limited

This role is responsible for shaping and delivering the growth strategy for a leading Disputes practice, with a focus on litigation. Working closely with partners, sector groups and global BD colleagues, the successful candidate will drive client development, strategic targeting, pitching, profile-raising initiatives and marketing campaigns to support revenue growth and market positioning.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing BD plans and budgets, leading high-value pitches, identifying new business opportunities, delivering thought leadership and client events, and overseeing internal communications, knowledge management and BD training. The role also involves managing wider strategic projects and line managing one team member.

The ideal candidate will have proven business development experience within a legal or professional services environment, preferably supporting disputes teams, alongside strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness, project management and influencing skills. Previous people management experience is essential, while knowledge of the banking or financial services sector would be advantageous.
