Capacity Manager in London - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited

I'm looking for a Capacity Manager who ideally has public sector experience. My role requires someone with active SC Clearance and anyone without it will not be considered. The role is £620 per day inside scope of IR35. This is a 4-6 month contract.

Capacity Manager
PurposeEnsure sufficient IT service capacity is available to meet current and forecast business demand while minimizing the risk of service degradation or outages.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor service, infrastructure, and application capacity trends.Identify capacity constraints and risks before they impact service.Coordinate capacity planning across technical teams.Assess the impact of major incidents on service capacity and resilience.Support recovery planning during major incidents where capacity or performance is affected.Provide demand forecasting and growth planning.Escalate capacity-related risks to operational and leadership teams.Maintain capacity reports, dashboards, and improvement plans.
