Warehouse Operative / Packer - Temp to Perm

Pay: £12.71 per hour
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Packer to join a busy warehouse team in Greenford.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role involving heavy lifting throughout the working day. We are looking for someone who is fit, reliable and hardworking, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to get stuck in.

This position offers a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity for the right person. The client is looking for someone who wants to work hard, prove themselves and secure a permanent position if successful.

Working Hours

• Monday - Wednesday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
• Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
• Friday: 7:30am - 12:00pm
• Overtime: Available when required by the client

Key Responsibilities

• Packing products ready for dispatch
• Loading and unloading goods
• Carrying out regular heavy lifting and manual handling
• Moving stock around the warehouse
• Preparing and organising products
• Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
• Following health and safety procedures
• Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or packing experience is preferred
• Must be physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
• Reliable and punctual
• Hardworking with a positive attitude
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn
• Able to work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Looking for a long-term opportunity
