The Company

They are an established eCommerce and marketplace business operating at global scale, combining technology, analytics and commercial insight to support continued growth. With a large international workforce and operations across multiple regions, they are investing heavily in their digital capabilities and customer proposition.

Their analytics function plays a critical role in decision-making, partnering with commercial, product, engineering and finance teams to deliver measurable business impact. As they continue to evolve their pricing and revenue strategy, they are looking for a commercially minded Pricing Analyst to join the team.

The Role

You will work closely with commercial and analytics stakeholders to optimise pricing decisions and drive long-term revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate pricing strategies and their impact on revenue, customer behaviour and long-term value.
  • Analyse pricing performance and provide recommendations to support business growth.
  • Design, execute and evaluate A/B tests and promotional activity.
  • Build analytical frameworks to measure performance and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Support forecasting, revenue planning and business performance modelling.
  • Work with large-scale datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights.
  • Partner with Data Science teams on pricing elasticity, demand forecasting and revenue optimisation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, Platform and Finance teams to deliver data-led solutions.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Support both UK and US markets, considering differing commercial dynamics and customer behaviours.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and troubleshoot code from scratch.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Strong commercial analytics experience within an eCommerce, marketplace or similar data-rich environment.
  • Experience measuring and analysing experiments, including A/B testing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate analytical findings into practical commercial recommendations.
  • Exposure to forecasting, pricing analytics, customer value analysis or revenue optimisation.
  • Python experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience building models or analytical frameworks would be advantageous.

What They Offer

  • Exposure to complex pricing and commercial challenges at scale.

  • Opportunity to work across international markets.
  • High visibility role with direct impact on growth and revenue strategy.
  • Collaborative environment working alongside Analytics, Data Science, Product and Commercial teams.
  • Strong opportunities for professional development and progression.
